The work you develop

  • Business purpose, format, guest criteria, and invitation language.

  • Follow-up sequence and commercial next steps.
  • A 30-day launch plan and a tracker for what moves afterward.

Method in use

Leaders have brought their rooms to life.

Nicki Bland’s Washington National Opera experience and Donna’s The Presence Room sold out. Both developed their experiences inside the Rare Rooms™ cohort and refined them through private coaching.

The September 24 Pinnacle Powered™ experience at Field & Main brought together 30 guests and raised $20,000 for Washington National Opera.

Five Pinnacle Dinners™. $5 million in business moved. That is business movement through the owned dinner series. The cohort examples include continued private support.

Cost of Avoidance™

Give the preparation a business purpose.

Count the hours spent on a guest list, invitations, and hospitality. Then ask what the gathering should make possible and who will own the next action.

A room plan should explain why people would attend, how you’ll lead their participation, and what happens afterward. The cohort helps you develop that plan.

Scope + investment

$3,500 per participant.

The same rate applies to self-funded and employer-funded seats. A company-exclusive virtual cohort has a six-seat minimum of $21,000 and a maximum of 12 participants at the same per-person rate.

For the next open cohort, request details about interest, timing, and fit. Dates and enrollment terms are confirmed before payment. A private company cohort is scheduled by agreement.

Venue, hospitality, production, and guest outreach remain with you or your team for the learning cohort. Added customization, on-site delivery, travel, event implementation, and ongoing advisory receive a separate proposal.
